Down size of the existing Wilko unit and sub-divisions and extension.

Lindum Construction approached ACM Contracts for these works because of our experience in working in occupied buildings, the Wilko store remained open throughout the contract. The works consisted of the removal of the external mansard roofs and peaked canopies and the extensive removal of the external shop fronts and full height walls to the rear of the units. Asbestos cement was also removed.
