Asbestos Management Survey

The purpose of an Asbestos Management Survey is to locate, as far as reasonably practicable, the presence and extent of any suspect asbestos-containing materials (ACM’s) in the building which could be damaged or disturbed during normal occupancy including foreseeable maintenance and installation.

Although asbestos is now banned in the UK, this harmful material remains in tens of thousands of buildings. Asbestos still poses a significant risk to health through accidental exposure; it is imperative to know if it exists in your home or building.
